WHAT DO I DO ONCE I HAVE ENROLLED MY DOG?
You can book in for a half day on a day that suits you. Not all dogs are suited or will enjoy the day care environment so this induction is a short session where we will get some more information about your dog including personality, likes and dislikes, traits and determine if the doggy day care environment will be suitable for your dog.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DOG IS SICK OR BECOMES INJURED?
If your dog is not acting its normal self or shows symptoms of potential illness such as diarrhoea, vomiting, discharge from the eyes, limping etc. in the lead up to your visit, we ask that you postpone your booking. Whilst in our care, if your dog has two loose eliminations, you will be called to collect your dog.Your dog will always be supervised but there is still a small chance that the unexpected may happen when dogs play such as nicks, scratches, or abrasions. There is always an attendant who is trained in first aid, and you will be notified but, if necessary, we will take your dog to our associated veterinary practice nearby.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A DOG BECOMES AGGRESSIVE?
Our team are constantly providing supervision and monitoring behaviour for any signs of disruption. In the instance that behaviour exceeds normal play fighting, attendants will step in immediately and separate the dogs for some quiet time to help redirect their focus. If a problem cannot be resolved or there becomes a threat to other dogs or attendants, the dog may not be suited to continue in the dog daycare environment.
